  • DUMBBELL SHRUGS 4 SETS (12-8 WRAPS)
  • barbell wrist curl
    machine shoulder press behind neck
    dumbbell shrugs
  • BARBELL WRIST CURL 3 SETS (12-8 WRAPS)
