Here in a week two day are rest days.So, because to recharge your strength of your body.

Since, over-exercise is also responsible for growth of the muscles. Since, our muscles need rest to regain its position.If you will over-exercise your muscles will becomes harder and there will be no growth and cutting in the muscles.

THEREFORE, AVOID OVER-EXERCISE
